IT/NGO Projects : Spring Framework being studied for OpenMRS customization project

The Java Spring Framework is being studied by Jez C. as preparatioln for customization of the OpenMRS system.

The Spring Framework has a high learning curve, and poses many challenges to the developer learning it.

Jez C. has been able to create a basic application using the SPring framework, and has been able to explain how the framework is organized. He is now studying Hibernate, the preferred ORM (Object Relational Manager) which is used in the Model portion of the Spring Framework.
